memphis in may 2023 world bbq competition

We took our BBQ talents to one of the largest competitions in the world and came back with some hardware. We took 1st overall in the Chicken wing contest with this combination above. We had not had these sauces or rubs prior to and came up with them on site right before we turned in our final product.

We also entered other events and took a top 10 finish (7th Place) in the Rib competition, only a few points off from the TOP 3.

Check back in as we will be heading back in 2024 to defend our title and try our hand at some new events
